Responsibilities
- Build and own partnership strategies for leading AI coding agents and app builders across product integrations, joint solutions, go-to-market, and marketing initiatives.
- Lead strategic partnerships from opportunity identification and joint product planning through launch and scale.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations to bring integrations to market and drive adoption.
- Drive enablement and field readiness for Databricks and partner teams.
- Represent top partners internally and influence product roadmaps and ecosystem strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or partner management.
- 3+ years working across AI code-generation, app-building, or developer-tool ecosystems.
- Proven experience launching strategic ISV integrations and joint go-to-market motions.
- Deep understanding of developer tools and database ecosystems, including developer marketplaces, platform-as-a-service offerings, AI coding, and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience navigating co-opetition and sensitive partner relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a high-growth environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Postgres.
- Experience with hyperscalers and developer platforms.

Compensation
- ATS salary range: $152,000–$245,850 USD annually.
- Compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
