Responsibilities
- Build and lead the centralized operating model for Pinterest’s most strategic retail partnerships, including prioritization, partner plans, decision forums, and executive reporting.
- Develop strategy points of view across priority retail growth areas using market, partner, and internal inputs to shape direction and investment decisions.
- Shape Retail Media strategy and drive execution across first-party media, measurement, and data partnerships.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on the strategy and roadmap for non-standard retail media and commerce solutions.
- Build the Future of Retail partner program and focus list, driving plans across agentic commerce integrations, Taste Graph commercialization, creator programs, and in-person experiences.
- Manage strategic commerce platform partnerships and align cross-functional teams to joint OKRs that grow GMV and active merchants.
- Use AI to accelerate planning, iteration, analysis, and communication while validating accuracy and quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, business development, monetization, or related roles with ownership of complex cross-functional programs.
- Experience leading initiatives across highly matrixed organizations from strategy and alignment through execution and delivery.
- Experience leading platform partnerships combining commercial terms with product or technical delivery.
- Experience developing emerging advertising, commerce, or partnership solutions with Product and Engineering.
- Experience in retail media, commerce partnerships, or retailer/CPG commercialization involving multiple stakeholders and longer time horizons.
- Strong track record building operating rhythms that create clarity and accountability across matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to use and validate AI-assisted work through testing, source-checking, data validation, or peer review.
- High integrity, ownership, and accountability for decisions and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation
- Base salary range: $156,955–$323,142 USD.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
