Responsibilities
- Build exceptional teams by hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing Provider Partnerships Managers.
- Coach and develop talent through field travel, in-market coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on development.
- Create a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Shape regional strategy by identifying market opportunities, setting commercial priorities, and guiding regional execution.
- Deliver referral, growth, and regional performance goals.
- Lead executive partnerships with health systems and strategic provider organizations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Operations, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams.
- Scale best practices by sharing learnings, developing leaders, and raising broader organizational performance.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience leading commercial, sales, business development, or partnership teams, preferably in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent organizations.
- Success hiring, developing, and leading high-performing, quota-carrying field teams.
- Experience developing regional or market growth strategies and account plans, and delivering ambitious commercial goals.
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with strategy, analytics, or sales operations teams to improve commercial performance.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation and Benefits
- ATS-listed compensation range: $150,000–$170,000 USD.
