What You'll Do
- Build the AI-powered GTM engine using enrichment pipelines, LLM-driven personalization, and agentic outbound with tools like Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead, Lindy, Gumloop, and custom GPTs/LLM APIs.
- Run growth experiments on messaging, channels, and ICPs with high-velocity testing.
- Translate technical AI concepts into compelling narratives for decks, demos, one-pagers, case studies, and landing pages.
- Design and execute end-to-end campaigns including email sequences, paid/social, webinars, conference activations, and ABM plays.
- Own key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and funnel conversion; build dashboards and refine strategy based on data.
- Partner closely with product, sales, and deployment teams to align GTM programs with ICPs, sales workflows, and product offerings.
Requirements
- 3–8 years in marketing, growth, or GTM, ideally at early-stage or high-growth startups.
- AI-native workflow builder with experience shipping real automations across multiple platforms and using LLMs constantly for enrichment, personalization, classification, and writing.
- Experience designing and scaling a marketing system from scratch, including automation, attribution, and integrations.
- Ability to translate technical product details into customer-facing narratives that drive conversion.
- Comfort working across tools like automation builders, CRMs, Notion, and sales pitches.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person due to government work.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building agentic outbound or AI-driven content ops.
- Background in growth marketing, product marketing, or demand generation.
- Experience marketing AI/ML, developer tools, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with GovTech, compliance, or federal contracting ecosystems.
- Background in government contracting, the military, or the intelligence community.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $190,000
