Partners with sales leaders to drive team productivity through activation strategies, process improvements, tool adoption, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires Salesforce expertise, Excel proficiency, strong project management, and sales process knowledge; B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Drive key business outcomes and sales metrics by developing and implementing activation strategies such as lead list segmentation, process and tool adoption, change management, information cascade, ad hoc trainings, etc.
- Act as subject matter expert on sales process and industry to make recommendations.
- Lead as owner of relevant markets and teams, developing strategy as thought partner to Sales Leaders.
- Proactively identify gaps or opportunities for sales productivity improvements through observation, metrics analysis, stakeholder input, and feedback.
- Seek cross-functional collaboration opportunities across Sales Enablement, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal.
- Translate technical needs into scalable, self-service solutions for sales team and customers.
- Serve as conduit between sales team and subject matter experts in other areas by triaging needs.
- Provide ad-hoc coaching for sales team on tool usage.
- Implement and improve deal data quality processes.
Skills and Qualifications
