Work Orchestration
Own systems and processes that plan and allocate work across the organization.

Monitor data closely and identify anomalies before they become larger issues.
Resource Forecasting

Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Billing Operations
Own billing sheet accuracy and processes, including reconciliation and quality assurance.
Automation and AI Adoption
Identify manual, spreadsheet-based, or repetitive work that can be automated or AI-assisted.
Build solutions using Excel or Sheets scripting, SQL, and emerging AI tools.
Process Optimization
Improve processes, workflows, and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Lead cross-functional implementations end to end, including change management and adoption.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or finance, ideally in a startup or technology-focused environment.
Track record of building and operating systems; experience owning forecasting, billing, or resource planning is a plus.
Expert-level Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, modeling, automation, and scripting.
Working proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Looker.
Comfort using AI tools such as Claude Cowork.
Strong attention to detail and a track record of accurate work.
Ability to design systems that connect planning, allocation, forecasting, and billing.
Experience leading the build or overhaul of an operational system, including change management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership and translate technical or data-heavy work into clear recommendations.
Compensation and Benefits
Nashville base pay range: $72,000–$105,000.
San Francisco base pay range: $97,000–$136,000.
