Responsibilities
Request quotes for major equipment and services from suppliers while ensuring an ethical and timely sourcing process.
Prepare bid summaries to evaluate commercial proposals and provide award recommendations.
Locate, pre-qualify, and promote potential new suppliers.
Assist with procurement activities in internal systems, including creating Jira tickets and obtaining purchase-order approvals.
Communicate process changes and approvals to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Legal, and external suppliers to support project execution.
Track project progress through spreadsheets and meetings, and communicate challenges to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in direct procurement roles such as Buyer, Procurement Analyst, or Sourcing Specialist.
Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $36.00-$43.00 per hour.
