Responsibilities
Serve as the operational backbone of a lean Provider Operations team by managing the inbox, onboarding, and court reporter relationships
Triage and respond to incoming inquiries and support requests
Handle court reporter onboarding support and ensure seamless experience from first contact through long-term engagement
Coordinate events and support reporter relationship management
Work cross-functionally with calendar, billing, and marketing teams
Maintain smooth operations when team members are in the field
Requirements
3+ years of experience in high-volume onboarding, project coordination, community engagement, or customer/client relations
Background in court reporting or legal services (preferred)
Self-directed with ability to work autonomously
Comfortable picking up tools quickly (Zendesk, Asana)
Warm, professional presence for building strong court reporter relationships

Competitive base salary: $70,500–$85,000
