Responsibilities
- Take over major parts of the codebase and help maintain technical velocity as the company scales.
- Work closely with founders as a high-trust reviewer.
- Raise the bar for engineering quality and speed.
- Shape architectural decisions and mentor teammates (without people management).
Requirements
Technical
- Hands-on experience building features and leading projects from scratch.
- Deep understanding of systems and infrastructure.
- Experience with JS frameworks and full-stack web apps.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
Non-Technical
- Ability to learn quickly and get things done.
- Demonstrated excellence in education, work, projects, or similar.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of in-person work.
