Restaurant Business Partner
Manages and grows relationships with restaurant and catering partners by using operational data, feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to improve performance. Requires at least two years of external vendor or account management experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with high-level contacts across restaurant and catering partner accounts, evaluating and communicating opportunities that drive action.
- Understand each partner’s business and create strategies that support partner and company growth.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate caterers’ operational opportunities using performance data and customer and partner feedback.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on partner-facing and internal operational metrics.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends and guide solutions.
- Present operational and functional insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to support partner growth and success.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience partnering with and managing external vendors or accounts.
- Experience with restaurant operations, last-mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred.
- Experience using data to make recommendations or decisions.
- Comfortable working with Excel, Tableau, or Sigma.
- Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success working internally and externally to achieve shared outcomes.
- Active listening and emotional intelligence.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and solution development.
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to five days per quarter for team gatherings and other events.
Compensation
- National total target cash compensation, including base salary and bonus target: $59,000–$82,000 annually.
