Responsibilities
Own and execute Range’s People strategy in support of business goals and rapid growth
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and leadership development
Build and lead the internal HR team, setting clear ownership, expectations, and operating rhythms
Design and operate performance management systems, review cycles, calibration, and manager enablement
Establish consistent practices for employee relations, investigations, and performance outcomes
Define what is owned internally vs. by managers vs. outsourced partners (PEO, vendors)
Serve as the final decision-maker on complex people matters, balancing business needs, culture, and risk
Act as a culture steward, ensuring Range’s values and operating principles scale with the organization
