Partner Solutions Engineer, ANZ & ASEAN
The Partner Solutions Engineer will build technical capability across Cribl’s ANZ and ASEAN partner ecosystem, supporting architecture, partner-led sales, enablement, and customer success. The role requires at least five years of customer-facing technical experience plus strong communication, mentoring, and expertise in telemetry, IT operations, or security.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor connecting internal sales teams with partner technical teams.
- Provide architectural expertise and best practices for complex data challenges.
- Mentor partners’ sales engineers through live sales cycles to increase deal velocity and partner-led revenue.
- Establish metrics, certification programs, and continuous-learning practices for partner technical capabilities.
- Evangelize Cribl’s value pillars and use cases, coaching partners to build compelling business cases.
- Enable partners to provide expert support and guidance to customers.
- Sponsor and execute technical enablement programs across APAC, including workshops, bootcamps, and coaching sessions.
- Document use cases in blog posts and contribute to product documentation.
- Travel up to 50% across ANZ and ASEAN.
- Occasionally work outside standard hours to collaborate across time zones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as sales engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, or technical support.
- Partner-facing or channel-focused technical experience highly preferred.
- Experience training, mentoring, and enabling technical teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Proactive, programmatic approach to relationship-building and stakeholder influence.
- Experience working remotely.
- Based in Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing technical training materials, including workshops, labs, and presentations.
- Deep expertise in logs, metrics, IT operations, and security, including SIEM, SOAR, and observability platforms.
