Responsibilities
- Own customer deployment success end-to-end from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
- Lead discovery, scoping, requirements definition, workflow decisions, success metrics, and rollout plans.
- Manage concurrent enterprise deployments, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, operating cadences, risk tracking, and launch readiness.
- Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training teams on configuration, data migration, launch, and adoption.
- Support customer change management and identify workflow or incentive changes needed for adoption.
- Translate customer and deployment learnings into product requirements for Product and Engineering.
- Develop repeatable deployment playbooks, processes, templates, and systems.
- Participate in late-stage sales and pre-sales discovery, scope engagements, and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs.
- Experience in implementation or delivery roles at enterprise SaaS companies, technology consultancies, or systems integrators.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise deployments through launch and stabilization.
- Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
- Ability to operate autonomously with sound judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex client-facing projects end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate creatively and flexibly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel approximately twice per month for two to three days.
- Willingness to work in person at the office four to five days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $190,000–$250,000 USD/CAD.
