Responsibilities
Agency Portfolio
- Increase revenue across agency-driven accounts and unlock new advertisers.
- Build trusted partnerships, deepen relationships, and facilitate communication between agencies and X.
- Partner with Client Partners and Mid-Market Sales on agency support plans, growth strategies, and day-to-day issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver educational programs covering products, brand safety, measurement, and advertising best practices.
- Help marketers identify authentic uses of X for their brands and clients.
- Convey agency feedback and advertiser needs to Marketing, Product, and Measurement teams.
- Develop programs that improve creative and commercial thinking and deliver business impact for agency clients.
- Create usage stories that shape how agencies and brands understand X.
- Coordinate with holding-company and major agency leads where coverage overlaps.
Strategic Third-Party Partnerships
- Own and grow the third-party measurement partner portfolio.
- Build senior partner relationships and plans aligned with product and commercial priorities.
- Translate measurement capabilities into clear value and practical guidance for agencies and sellers.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Prioritize high-impact work and coordinate partner and agency messaging.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in an agency, media sales, agency development, or adjacent commercial partnership role.
- Meaningful exposure to independent and/or performance agencies.
- Strategic understanding of agencies, social and digital platforms, and/or measurement.
- Deep expertise in social media platforms and how agencies plan, buy, and measure brand and performance media.
- Strong client-facing, sales, and commercial skills.
- Familiarity with the independent and performance agency landscape.
- Experience owning or scaling strategic measurement, technology, media, or adjacent partner relationships.
- Comfort leading discussions with agencies and partners.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, consult, and contribute ideas.
- Ability to build internal networks and execute through collaboration.
- Initiative, prioritization, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Alignment with the company’s vision and values.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $127,000–$220,000 USD.
