Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly partner marketing plans for Google Cloud globally and T-Mobile for Business nationally, aligning co-marketing programs with revenue targets, partner priorities, product strategy, and regional opportunities.
- Develop strategic partner marketing programs and repeatable go-to-market plays, including Workspace-led displacement, enterprise voice, contact center, Google Cloud Marketplace, and other joint solution motions.
- Build scalable co-marketing frameworks and best practices for ISV and strategic alliance partners.
- Develop integrated account-based campaigns with strategic partners and Channel Sales across content, webinars, email, social, landing pages, customer proof, and other channels.
- Create campaign assets and partner enablement resources, including joint value propositions, discovery guides, objection-handling content, and seller-facing materials.
- Lead executive and customer programs such as executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and regional experiences, including audience strategy, execution, and ROI reporting.
- Develop customer advocacy programs featuring joint customer stories, partner wins, and executive testimonials.
- Manage partner marketing budgets, quarterly investment plans, MDF strategy, allocation, and optimization.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, partner engagement, campaign performance, and program impact.
- Oversee partner-facing content and campaign development for quality, consistency, brand alignment, and joint messaging.
- Improve partner marketing processes, tools, systems, and workflows to increase scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of partner marketing experience in technology, channel, alliance, or a similar partner ecosystem.
- Direct Google Cloud partner marketing experience is required; experience with Google Workspace, Gemini, Google Cloud Marketplace, or other Google Cloud solutions is strongly preferred.
- Experience marketing with T-Mobile, telecommunications carriers, resellers, or comparable strategic partners is strongly preferred.
- Experience developing partner pipeline growth strategies and integrated demand generation programs across multiple channels.
- Experience with partner seller activation, seller incentives, executive and customer events, webinars, sponsorships, and digital campaigns.
- Experience managing and optimizing MDF or partner marketing investments.
- Ability to translate technical, cloud, AI, marketplace, and platform capabilities into customer and seller value propositions.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, including KPI definition, program measurement, reporting, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, including campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, executive presence, and stakeholder influence.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach focused on operational excellence and measurable partner-led pipeline and revenue growth.
Compensation
- Colorado target base salary: $124,500–$157,500 USD.
- Compensation is base salary only and excludes bonus, equity, and benefits.
