Solutions Architect
Design and implement sophisticated business-planning models and Pigment applications for customers, integrating data sources and supporting training, testing, and deployment. The role requires strong systems thinking, stakeholder communication, adaptability, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities
- Work with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated multidimensional models.
- Understand and document business requirements.
- Design and build corresponding Pigment applications.
- Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient.
- Participate in or lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment.
- Integrate source software and develop migration solutions using connectors and APIs.
- Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes.
Requirements
- Strong ability to build complex systems and explain them simply to stakeholders.
- Comfortable structuring and validating high volumes of unstructured data.
- Ability to learn new domains and understand diverse customer use cases.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with empathy and dedication.
- Strategic thinking and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Ability to adapt to a changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
- Fluent English; French or additional European languages are an advantage.
