Renewals Manager
Manages corporate customer renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities while partnering with Customer Success and internal teams. The role requires at least two years of renewals or customer success experience, strong negotiation skills, and excellent customer-management abilities.

- Develop professional and personal relationships with key stakeholders within customer accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success to minimize attrition, identify growth opportunities, drive adoption, and increase usage.
- Create strategies with customers to achieve their goals and help remove barriers to business growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Alliances, and other internal stakeholders.
- Communicate customer feedback and insights to improve the product and customer experience.
- Advocate for customers and set appropriate expectations.
- Use data to guide meaningful customer conversations.
- Facilitate business reviews focused on goals and opportunities.
- Identify improvements to existing processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in renewals or customer success.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and organizational policies.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills for value-based contract negotiations.
- Strong process-management and detail-oriented skills.
- Strong customer-management and interpersonal skills.

- Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually.
