Technical Account Manager Analyst
Supports customers in adopting and securely using Auth0 and related identity technologies through proactive outreach, technical guidance, webinars, and cross-functional programs. The role is designed for new graduates with strong communication, analytical skills, and foundational knowledge of IAM, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and security.

Responsibilities
- Execute proactive outbound playbooks for selected customers focused on product activation and essential security features.
- Plan and co-host webinars to complement asynchronous customer communication.
- Provide timely, professional, prescriptive responses to inbound customer inquiries.
- Help customers achieve technical goals by sharing security-focused and user-experience best practices.
- Support team programs that remove adoption roadblocks and encourage ongoing product use.
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Earn relevant product certifications.
- Partner with Support, Customer Success, and Digital Growth teams to provide a holistic customer experience.
- Use AI assistants to work efficiently at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, General Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to business challenges.

- Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle and interest in cloud infrastructure, solution design, integrations, and digital security.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and services, including adoption, integration, and ongoing use.
- Passion for a career in digital, SaaS, or cloud technology.

Compensation
- Annual base salary: $84,000–$126,000 USD.
- Equity, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave may also be provided according to applicable plans and policies.
