Customer Success Manager
Manages and grows a strategic portfolio of 20–40 customers, leading onboarding, business reviews, and cross-functional success initiatives. Requires at least two years of account management or customer success experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, plus experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Vitally.

Responsibilities
- Retain and grow a portfolio of 20–40 customers.
- Build relationships across customer organizations to achieve success goals.
- Contribute to customer onboarding and implementation.
- Lead customer business reviews.
- Write and publish customer feedback internally to support the product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with product, customer support, and sales teams to onboard, integrate, and scale the service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success, ideally with a B2B SaaS product.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong, and Vitally.
- Highly collaborative, with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Versatile, proactive, growth-minded approach.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year for the New York and California markets.
- Expected on-target earnings: $105,000–$130,000 per year.
