Solutions Architect
Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor for Cohere’s Nordic and European business, designing enterprise AI architectures and leading customer pilots. The role requires at least 3 years of solutions architecture or similar pre/post-sales experience, AI/LLM knowledge, Python, and fluent English.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions.
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor and owner of customer technical relationships.
- Partner with account executives, partners, product teams, engineering teams, and executive leadership.
- Lead the design and deployment of customer pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers.
- Translate customer business objectives into technical solutions and own the customer narrative.
- Provide best-practice guidance, identify platform improvements, cultivate technical champions, and gather product feedback.
- Lead technical discussions, design enterprise architectures for North deployments, facilitate customer evaluations, and investigate technical queries.
- Develop scalable processes for the solutions architect and adjacent teams.
- Work with partners to enable and accelerate their customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical pre-sales or post-sales experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant, or similar.
- Passion for generative AI and understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of generative LLMs and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with foundational machine learning concepts, including training and evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills with both executive and technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, unstructured, and uncharted environments.
- Ability to identify and implement high-impact processes.
- Comfortable working with Python and assistive coding tools.
- Professional fluency in English for business and technical communication.
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP, AI, or LLM solutions.
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
