Responsibilities

  • Define product marketing strategy across Interplay’s portfolio and priority industries.
  • Own messaging architecture, value propositions, industry positioning, buyer narratives, and competitive differentiation.
  • Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into product and business strategy recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategy for new products, capabilities, programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish launch strategy, audiences, positioning, readiness requirements, owners, timing, and success measures.
  • Build repeatable GTM processes across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, personas, competitive insights, content, training, and tools.
  • Partner with Growth and Demand Generation on campaigns that build awareness, pipeline, and adoption.
  • Lead PR strategy, agency relationships, media relations, thought leadership, and launch communications.
  • Build customer advocacy programs including case studies, testimonials, customer stories, video, and awards.
  • Develop opportunities across industry events, speaking engagements, awards, webinars, and related channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the product marketing team and contractors.
  • Establish team priorities, operating rhythms, standards, and success measures.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B product marketing experience, including 4+ years leading and developing teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, EdTech, workforce development, industrial technology, or a related environment.
  • Proven success developing product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy across multiple products, markets, or vertical industries.
  • Experience translating complex technology or technical products into compelling buyer value, differentiated messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Track record leading complex, cross-functional product launches from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Strong market intelligence, competitive research, customer insight, and win/loss experience.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
  • Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

  • Experience marketing to skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, facilities, education, or workforce development organizations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Allego, or market intelligence platforms.
  • Experience marketing products incorporating AI, VR, simulations, hardware, or other emerging technologies.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $160k-$180k.
  • Final compensation reflects experience and demonstrated impact.
  • Remote-first work with flexible hours.
  • Background check and drug and alcohol test required after offer; additional verifications may apply.
  • I-9 and E-Verify required for new hires.
