Responsibilities
- Design and run global enablement programs end-to-end, especially onboarding, using live and asynchronous modalities across regions and time zones.
- Build and operate the Field OS, including priority workflows, trusted resources, and AI-enabled execution moments by role.
- Map and prototype custom agents that help sellers ramp faster and receive the right support throughout the sales process.
- Refresh onboarding through continuous iteration, A/B testing, measurement, and role-specific alignment to the sales process.
- Implement onboarding engagement and impact metrics.
- Establish a dedicated manager onboarding track.
- Build scalable enablement systems, including resource governance, intake processes, and communications rhythms.
- Lead roadmaps, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and measurement-driven iteration.
- Manage and develop a small team while establishing a high-ownership operating rhythm.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and running global enablement programs, particularly onboarding.
- Strong program leadership, operating cadence, roadmap management, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience building scalable enablement systems that sellers use.
- AI-fluent approach to enablement, including AI and automation for improving seller execution and measuring adoption and impact.
- Experience managing and developing a small team.
Compensation
- Estimated base salary for roles based in San Francisco: $190,000–$230,000 per year.
- Compensation may also include equity and benefits.
