People & Talent Ops Specialist
Own People analytics, HRIS data integrity, performance-cycle operations, and core people processes while turning employee and talent data into actionable insights. The role suits an analytical, organized operator who can manage systems, documentation, surveys, and compliance with discretion and independence.

Responsibilities
- Own People reporting and analytics, building and maintaining dashboards on retention, attrition, engagement, and other core KPIs, and translating trends into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with the Talent team to combine hiring and pipeline data with People data for an integrated employee-lifecycle view.
- Run the day-to-day operations of Lattice, support performance-review cycles, and analyze feedback and resulting data.
- Own and improve core people processes, including onboarding and payroll data integrity.
- Drive employee engagement through surveys and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records, generate reports, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Manage HR administration, compliance, benefits, employee documentation, audit support, and benefits queries.
- Contribute to wellness, DEI, and learning and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience building a report, analysis, or dashboard from a dataset and drawing a clear conclusion from it; this may come from coursework, a dissertation, an internship, or a personal project.
- Experience maintaining the accuracy of a system or record.
- Experience gathering feedback and translating it into a change or decision.
- Careful, detail-oriented approach to data and ability to identify anomalies.
- Experience handling documentation or processes rigorously.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in an environment involving change and ambiguity.
- Collaborative approach and alignment with a culture of ownership, feedback, and continuous learning.
