Design and scale global onboarding curricula while owning facilitation for EMEA cohorts. The role requires instructional design, engaging facilitation, cross-functional stakeholder management, and experience improving programs through feedback and scalable systems.

Responsibilities
- Support global onboarding learning design by translating content into structured curricula, checklists, learning objectives, sequencing, and outcomes.
- Build facilitator playbooks and train-the-trainer materials for consistent onboarding delivery across new markets.
- Support implementation and organization of onboarding materials in an LMS.
- Help design differentiated onboarding journeys for executive leadership, remote hires, and distributed hires.
- Support operational automations that make onboarding scalable.
- Own EMEA onboarding facilitation, running orientation for regional cohorts.
- Bring EMEA-specific considerations—including compliance, culture, time zones, and market maturity—into global program design.
- Partner with Recruiting, Legal, L&D, and Enablement.
- Create, maintain, and improve orientation content, facilitator guides, and Notion documentation.
- Collect and act on new-hire and facilitator feedback to close program gaps.
- Support EMEA onboarding automation, including email sequences and calendar workflows.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in People Operations, L&D, Enablement, Onboarding, instructional design, facilitation, or a related field, with demonstrated curriculum ownership.
- Hands-on instructional and curriculum design for global audiences grounded in adult learning principles.
- Experience adapting learning materials into LMS modules.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Confident, engaging facilitation across audiences, including executive leadership and large cohorts.
- Data-informed approach to improving programs through feedback.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching or scaling onboarding programs in new markets or geographies.
- Train-the-trainer methodology and facilitator guide or playbook development.
- Experience building operational automations.
- Startup or high-growth company experience.
- Exposure to global HR operations or multi-entity environments.
- HRIS experience, especially Workday or Deel.
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows, operations, and systems.
