About the role
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing accounts by proactively upselling additional licenses and cross-selling new products.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
Present Prompt’s suite of products (Prompt Kiosk, Prediction Health, Onus One, PT Wired, Prompt BI) to demonstrate value and ROI.
Conduct periodic business reviews with CSMs to identify whitespace, showcase value, and strengthen partnerships.
Collaborate closely with Client Success and Sales to ensure aligned strategies for account health and growth.
Accurately forecast opportunities, track pipeline, and maintain up-to-date records in CRM.
Minimum Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Account Management or Sales, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue quotas.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), project management software, and analytics dashboards.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with healthcare, particularly PT/OT/SLP practices.
PT/PTA background or clinical exposure.
Experience with Google Workspace, Hubspot, or similar productivity tools.
Manages upsells and renewals for existing Tailscale customer accounts by identifying use cases, educating on features, and ensuring adoption. Requires up to 1 year quota-carrying sales experience with technical/developer products in PLG environments.
