Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence
Own Hightouch’s competitive intelligence program, translating market and competitor research into positioning, sales enablement, launches, and product insights. Responsibilities
- Define differentiating positioning for products and solutions across marketing, product, and data personas.
- Lead cross-functional launches and campaigns across marketing, sales, and product.
- Conduct user research to identify market gaps and product opportunities.
- Create, maintain, and improve website messaging, customer case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Help internal teams and product evangelists craft customer-value messaging and sequences.
- Evangelize Hightouch externally at field events, customer engagements, and webinars.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or market research, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong primary and secondary research skills, including win/loss interviews, analyst reports, public filings, review sites, and pricing pages.
- Ability to synthesize conflicting signals into clear points of view and maintain structured competitive frameworks.
- Experience producing battlecards, competitive decks, objection-handling guides, and other content used by sales and marketing.
- Strong storytelling, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Cross-functional experience with sales, product, and marketing, including sales cycles, deal support, roadmap input, messaging, and launches.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure, CDPs, MarTech, or adjacent technical B2B markets.
- High ownership and ability to build a competitive intelligence function from scratch.

- Experience in a high-growth or fast-moving market.
- Experience with CDP, martech, data infrastructure, adtech, AI, or lifecycle marketing ecosystems.
- Startup experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $135,000–$165,000 USD.
- Meaningful equity compensation through ISO options.
- Early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
