Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive monthly product drops and twice-yearly product launches.
- Work with product marketing and enablement teams to coordinate launch activities, make joint decisions, and improve processes.
- Collaborate with product marketing, campaigns, communications, social, web, field enablement, product management, and engineering.
- Create and maintain accurate launch plans for task owners and stakeholders.
- Run launch planning, retrospective, and status meetings.
- Meet deadlines through problem-solving, clear goal setting, proactive follow-up, and program management.
- Identify duplicative or ineffective processes and streamline launch operations.
- Communicate launch plans, goals, and status clearly to stakeholders and launch teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing and product launch experience with software or technology products.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or IT.
- Experience with project or program management, preferably software marketing launch or release management.
- Experience leading project teams and collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Global Communications, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Very strong written communication skills.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Adaptability, collaboration, and a driver mindset.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), or Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $131,000.00–$198,000.00 USD.
- Potential eligibility for bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
