Responsibilities

Product Release Communication & Customer Education

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to communicate product releases to customers, explaining what is new, why it matters, and how to use it.
  • Build and manage a scalable release communication framework across product, customer success, sales, and marketing.
  • Own go-to-market processes for new feature launches from early awareness through post-launch adoption.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop talk tracks, one-pagers, battle cards, and competitive positioning for new and existing product capabilities.
  • Equip sales and SDR teams to sell and demonstrate new functionality, especially for mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Translate product specifications into business value for finance and sales personas.

Feature Adoption & Revenue Impact

  • Define and track feature adoption, customer engagement, and revenue-impact metrics.
  • Set goals for adoption rates and upsell revenue associated with new functionality.
  • Work with Customer Success and Revenue Operations to identify upsell opportunities and develop campaigns and materials to activate them.

Product Advocacy

  • Build and formalize a structured, incentivized product advocacy program.
  • Leverage power users and customer advisors to gather feedback, validate messaging, and generate case study content.
  • Establish a repeatable voice-of-customer program that informs product roadmaps and positioning.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Startup experience.
  • Proven ability to translate complex product functionality into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience owning end-to-end go-to-market launch processes, including cross-functional coordination and follow-through.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, lean environment with shifting priorities.
  • Data-driven approach to goal setting, outcome tracking, and iteration.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust across customer success, sales, and product teams without formal authority.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, or trade promotion management.
