Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will lead positioning, launches, audience narratives, and growth programs for Replit’s Design and Slides products. The role requires 4+ years of experience marketing product-led, consumer, prosumer, creative, or developer-focused products and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the positioning and growth strategy for Replit’s core products, including Design and Slides.
  • Develop audience-focused narratives, identify new use cases and channels, and bring product improvements to market.
  • Build programs that drive adoption, engagement, and conversion.
  • Track competitors and customer needs, translating insights into sharper messaging, stronger go-to-market decisions, and actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Growth, Brand, and Creative.
  • Develop strategy, write product narratives, and execute go-to-market work.

Requirements

  • Take ownership, work through ambiguity, and move from strategy to execution independently.
  • Turn customer insight into clear positioning, relevant narratives, and audience-specific campaigns.
  • Find creative ways to expand adoption, test channels and tactics, and develop repeatable programs.
  • Understand complex products and translate product capabilities into meaningful customer value.
  • 4+ years of experience growing product-led, consumer, prosumer, creative, or developer-focused products.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $140,000–$180,000, plus equity.
