Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will bring consumer products for savings and healthcare access to market through positioning, messaging, lifecycle communications, and measurable go-to-market strategies. The role requires 5+ years of product marketing experience, exceptional writing, audience insight, and strong analytical experimentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of audiences, including their needs, motivations, perceptions, and sources of confusion.
  • Define and test differentiated positioning, value propositions, naming, and messaging.
  • Write clear customer-facing copy for product launches and lifecycle communications.
  • Lead go-to-market and lifecycle plans that drive discovery, activation, and repeat engagement.
  • Bring audience and market insight into product development from strategy through launch and iteration.
  • Define success measures, design experiments, and use adoption, engagement, conversion, and revenue data to evaluate impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, ideally in consumer technology.
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to make complex products clear, compelling, and trustworthy.
  • Track record developing positioning and messaging and leading go-to-market strategy for new or evolving products.
  • Hands-on experience writing lifecycle communications supporting onboarding, engagement, retention, or reactivation.
  • Strong audience orientation and practical use of qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Experience setting measurable goals, designing experiments, and evaluating adoption, engagement, conversion, and revenue data.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and build cross-functional alignment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing products in benefits, healthcare, Medicare, fintech, or another complex or highly regulated consumer category.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected compensation: $125,000–$175,000.
  • 20 days of PTO.
