Manages client relationships for polling tools, acting as primary advocate, handling onboarding, documentation, feedback, and bridging technical teams with non-technical stakeholders in progressive politics. Requires 3-4 years experience, polling familiarity, and strong communication skills.
Leads a team of senior data scientists developing and deploying LLM-based ML products, defining technical roadmaps, overseeing model training/inference pipelines, and translating outputs into actionable insights for civic applications. Requires 6+ years ML experience and 1+ years leading teams.
Serves as in-house AI policy expert, conducting research, developing messaging strategies, and advising Democratic stakeholders on AI regulation, safety, and societal impacts. Requires 2-5 years in tech policy or campaigns, strong communication skills, and survey research familiarity.
