Own product strategy and roadmap for research systems and campaign tools used by Democratic organizations. Bridge technical capabilities with user needs, gather feedback, and drive development with engineers and data scientists.

Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy, roadmap, and marketing for a portfolio of products.
- Work with clients and internal users to gather, synthesize, and prioritize user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and research team to scope requirements and guide product development from conception to launch.
- Translate complex user needs and technical capabilities into clear product specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Demo new product features to clients, develop product marketing materials, and articulate the value of tools.
- Develop a deep understanding of the progressive political ecosystem to ensure product strategy anticipates and meets user needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional product management experience, preferably working on political tech, data-intensive, or B2B products.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and iteration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and storyteller, capable of inspiring teams and articulating a clear vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adept at user research and can effectively synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into a coherent and prioritized product roadmap.
- Strong passion for the mission and interest in the progressive political ecosystem.
