Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional product squad as product owner, maintaining a transparent and prioritized backlog while partnering with design and engineering.
  • Create a connected ecosystem for soccer by bringing multiple product offerings together for the club soccer market.
  • Lead product discovery to reduce value and usability risks, then partner with release teams to deliver solutions with measurable impact.
  • Shape product strategy and roadmaps by evaluating customer value, business viability, and long-term platform strategy.
  • Design AI-powered workflows that automate manual work, reduce operational friction, and enable exception-based operations.
  • Collaborate with customer success, sales, partnerships, legal, finance, and support to ensure solutions work across the broader business ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and competitive trends, using qualitative and quantitative data to solve problems.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Business acumen across sales, marketing, finance, and legal, with the ability to balance customer value and business constraints.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using rapid post-launch optimization techniques to refine live product capabilities.
  • Experience demonstrating tools, training users, or handling support inquiries directly.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $112,000–$187,000 USD.
