Product Manager, Supply Chain Systems

Responsibilities

  • Own product direction for the systems and data that run the end-to-end supply chain.
  • Translate complex supply chain elements into clear data models and specifications.
  • Define and own workflows and product surfaces for supplier management.
  • Define and own workflows and product surfaces for logistics and trade compliance.
  • Partner with IT on technical tradeoffs and system design.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, Program Management, Engineering, Business, and Operations stakeholders to understand domains and validate workflows.
  • Define and track metrics demonstrating operational leverage.
  • Identify opportunities for AI and automation to replace manual processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of supply chain systems experience, ideally involving data, platforms, workflows, or internal tools.
  • Ability to work with IT on technical tradeoffs and independently reason about system and data model design.
  • Strong written communication, including crisp requirements, prioritization rationale, and documented points of view.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of creating structure in undefined environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship products with measurable operational impact.
  • Experience with ERP or MRP systems in a supply chain or finance context.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Zip.
  • Fluency working directly with underlying data and tables.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or logistics operations.
  • Experience supporting both hardware and software products.
  • Familiarity with trade compliance, customs, export controls, and ITAR-regulated programs.
  • Experience building LLM-powered applications or agentic workflows.
  • Experience in a rapidly evolving startup or high-growth technology environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $127,000–$185,000.
  • Total compensation may include equity, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
