Senior Product Manager
Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for DAT’s TMS integrations and public and partner APIs. The role requires 8+ years of product management experience, strong integration and API fluency, and experience managing external technology partners.

Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for broker-side TMS connectivity, including postings, rates, tracking, carrier onboarding, and monitoring.
- Drive migration from legacy SOAP and FTP protocols and manage requirements for major TMS partner integrations.
- Own the roadmap and governance strategy for public and partner APIs, including usage governance, tiering, monitoring, metering, attribution, and access control.
- Determine which APIs are open, gated, or monetized.
- Serve as the product counterpart to TMS vendors and integration partners; lead integration requirements discussions.
- Coordinate domain product teams and the platform/integrations engineering organization to resolve prioritization conflicts and synchronize roadmaps.
- Build the business case for integration investments and define reliability and time-to-integrate goals.
- Help establish DAT’s revenue and value model for integrations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of integration, platform, or API products, ideally in freight, logistics, or another data- or transaction-heavy B2B domain.
- Technical fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, polling, and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to review technical design documents and ask informed questions.
- Experience leading roadmap and requirements conversations with external vendors or partners.
- Comfort working with ambiguity, technical debt, and legacy systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, partners, business development, and executive stakeholders.

- Washington salary range: $137,492–$184,680 plus target bonus.
