Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Core Platform Web Squad product roadmap with product leadership, engineering, and design.
- Define and sequence quarterly roadmaps for web trading experiences, balancing trader needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
- Own areas of the end-to-end web trader experience, including order entry, charting, account management, and platform navigation.
- Partner with UX and design to deliver high-quality, accessible, and consistent interfaces.
- Represent trader needs by using research and data to understand behaviors, pain points, and goals.
- Track Core Platform web metrics, guide prioritization, measure feature impact, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years managing web product experiences.
- Experience building and shipping trading product experiences, including knowledge of trader workflows, order types, charting, and market data surfaces.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility and experience partnering with design on polished consumer web experiences.
- Experience owning and growing features or product areas within a larger platform.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data for prioritization and product iteration.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Nice-to-haves
- Fintech or trading-platform experience.
- Domain expertise in trading platforms, brokerage products, or financial data products.
- Experience contributing to products launched from 0 to 1.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $140,000–$160,000 USD annually.
- Annual target bonus of 10%.
