Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the roadmap for the product area based on customer needs and business impact.
  • Talk to customers, translate their problems into business opportunities, and evaluate potential solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, Product Marketing, and other teams to explore ideas, discover problem spaces, and shape solutions.
  • Validate hypotheses through prototyping, testing, and data analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product’s technical details and APIs.
  • Motivate a high-performing team to deliver quality products and user experiences.
  • Identify and drive product, organizational, and process improvements autonomously.
  • Support field enablement and customer adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience at scale in a technology company or fast-growing startup.
  • Strong design skills and familiarity with at least one common design tool, such as Figma.
  • Strong technical and quantitative background, with familiarity with coding and the ability to navigate complex technical requirements.
  • Strong data analytics skills; SQL experience is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality products at scale.
  • Resourcefulness, autonomy, urgency, and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize initiatives and quantify feature value.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B SaaS products serving freemium through enterprise customers.
  • Experience with cross-channel customer messaging, customer engagement platforms, or marketing automation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • New York and California base salary: $133,000–$150,000.
