Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the payments product roadmap across real-time payments, banking options, compliance interactions, data integration, and frontend experiences.
- Ensure payment capabilities meet KYC/AML and other compliance requirements with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Define, own, and communicate product vision and roadmap across the pod, business unit, and company.
- Own domain KPIs and align product metrics with company goals.
- Conduct market research on payment technologies and B2B marketplace patterns.
- Partner with account management, business development, and marketing to launch payment capabilities and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with product managers to embed payment solutions into checkout, banking, liquidity, and internal systems.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs across design, engineering, time to market, and customer experience.
- Translate product vision into an executable roadmap with the product pod.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on digital payments or banking products.
- Proven customer-centric product development and ability to act on customer insights.
- Experience managing fintech ecosystems with multiple third-party payments and banking partners.
- Strong understanding of B2B software and embedded finance technologies.
- Experience building and integrating APIs and financial data products for bank-account onboarding, payments, credit, and related financial services.
- Experience coordinating requirements across stakeholders, banking and technology partners, and development teams.
- Ability to define problems, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Familiarity with research, prototyping, experimentation, and analytics for product decisions.
- Interest in the cannabis industry and passion for finance, fintech, and emerging banking technologies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $115,000–$155,000 USD.
