Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience for Navan Expense payments and payouts, including bank account configuration, payment routing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Build and manage intelligent payment systems optimized for speed, reliability, cost, and compliance across multiple payment rails.
- Build strategic relationships and integrations with banking partners, payment service providers, and fintech infrastructure companies.
- Lead expansion of payments capabilities into new geographies, navigating regulatory and compliance requirements, local banking infrastructure, and currency exchange dynamics.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Design, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Go-to-Market teams from conception through launch.
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap that maximizes customer value while managing technical complexity and risk.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, track success metrics, and optimize payment performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management or equivalent experience.
- Strong product judgment, product taste, and design thinking.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with agency and urgency.
- AI fluency, including use of AI tools to accelerate workflows and drive impact.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable infrastructure for current and future growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with banking partnerships, payment service providers, or embedded finance platforms.
- Knowledge of international payments and regulatory frameworks across multiple geographies.
- Background in high-growth fintech or B2B financial services.
- Technical degree or background enabling deeper engagement with engineering teams.
Compensation
- Annual pay range: $114,750–$255,000 USD.
