Leads expansion and cross-sell growth across existing hospital and health system partnerships, while building the Provider Engagement function and managing executive relationships, reporting, implementations, and referral outcomes. Responsibilities
- Own expansion within existing health system accounts by onboarding additional departments, service lines, and hospital campuses.
- Execute cross-sell strategies for OpenLoop’s wellness portfolio, including metabolic health and weight management, sleep, remote patient monitoring (RPM), and medical nutrition therapy (MNT).
- Maintain account-level expansion targets and conversion plans.
- Build and lead the Provider Engagement team; oversee referring provider accounts.
- Develop standardized monthly reporting packages covering expansion and cross-product referral metrics.
- Own internal and external reporting for health system and key business partners.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and recurring operational check-ins.
- Identify, triage, and resolve customer issues, including patient and provider complaints.
- Drive incremental referral growth and account expansion.
- Manage complex implementations across technical, clinical, and operational teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, provider partnerships, account management, or related operational roles.
- Proven land-and-expand experience growing enterprise or health-system accounts.
- Experience cross-selling multiple product or service lines within enterprise or health-system accounts.
- People-management experience, preferably building or scaling a team.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Experience owning executive-level relationships with health system leadership or C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and experience developing scalable operational playbooks.
- Experience creating and delivering reporting packages and QBRs.
- Comfort using analytics and marketing tools such as Metabase, Klaviyo, Canva, and Jotform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and work autonomously.
