Partner Solutions Architect
Supports partners with technical enablement, cloud and DevOps initiatives, demonstrations, proofs of value, and Datadog adoption. The role requires hands-on IT development or operations experience, strong presentation and business skills, native-level Korean proficiency, and typically 10–15 years in a customer- or partner-facing technical role.

Responsibilities
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
- Participate in joint business planning and review sessions to align Datadog and partner technical teams.
- Support partner technical initiatives, including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and assessments, advice, and coaching on best practices.
- Advocate for partners’ technical concerns, including use cases, feature requests, and support issues, with internal Datadog teams and help drive them to resolution.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend ways to increase the value of those services through improved adoption of Datadog features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities.
- Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and customer success.
Requirements
- Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT development and/or operations.
- Demonstrable track record and strong passion for continuous learning.
- Typically 10–15 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to articulate technical value from the server room to the boardroom.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Native-level Korean proficiency, written and spoken, for direct communication with partners in Korea.
- Hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Observability
- Public cloud
- Containerization
- Development or scripting
- Configuration management
- CI/CD
Nice-to-Haves
- Technical experience supporting channel partners, such as systems integrators or managed service providers.
- Experience with Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, logs, synthetics, and network performance monitoring.
- Experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging.
