Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform across the software development lifecycle.
- Own technical evaluations, including solution design, proofs of concept or value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams on enterprise account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
- Enable South Korea go-to-market partners and promote consistent technical delivery and best practices.
- Represent GitLab at webinars, industry events, presentations, panels, hackathons, and other marketing activities.
- Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding digital transformation and platform adoption.
- Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
- Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Requirements
- Experience working with enterprise customers in technical presales, consulting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency across the software development lifecycle, modern DevSecOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and GitLab or comparable source-control and collaboration platforms.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing and related deployment, security, and operations technologies.
- Experience leading proofs of concept or value, tenders or audits, workshops, or value stream assessments.
- Strong technical communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
