Sales Enablement Manager
Build and scale sales enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams at a high-growth PLG SaaS company. The role focuses on onboarding, training, certifications, internal communications, and measuring impact on revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams.
- Track and improve ramp time using tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Define role expectations and build onboarding paths with leadership.
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into actionable enablement content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and create role-specific enablement initiatives.
- Design certifications and training frameworks for demos, discovery, and technical proficiency.
- Support sales kickoffs, regional kickoffs, quarterly readiness sessions, and internal communications.
- Coordinate launches, messaging, and process changes with Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Define and track KPIs related to sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build competency scorecards with GTM managers.
- Use sales calls, Gong data, and product usage insights to refine programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally in a product-led growth environment.
- Experience enabling teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals worth six to low-seven figures.
- Ability to sell to and train teams serving technical personas such as CTOs and engineering managers.
- Experience designing scalable learning programs for different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and create actionable content.
