Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for global, regional, and boutique systems integrators.
- Ideate, prototype, and build novel customer applications using the OpenAI API.
- Identify high-value generative AI use cases with senior partner and customer stakeholders and develop qualified backlogs supporting their AI roadmaps.
- Accelerate customer time to value through hands-on prototypes and strategic technical guidance.
- Manage partner and customer relationships through successful application deployment and scaling.
- Codify solution packages and architectural patterns to accelerate deployment.
- Provide technical support during partners’ initial projects and mentor their technical teams toward self-sufficiency.
- Share knowledge, codify best practices, contribute to open-source repositories, and publish internal and external technical resources.
- Synthesize feedback for Product and Research teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience, including management of C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders, ideally within or through a systems integrator.
- Industry experience with Python or JavaScript.
- Experience leading complex implementations of generative AI and/or traditional machine learning solutions.
- Experience building or delivering prototypes using the OpenAI API.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate business and technical topics for audiences including senior leaders.
- Ability to own problems end to end and rapidly acquire missing knowledge.
- Humble, collaborative, and service-oriented approach.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $197,000–$278,000.
- Relocation assistance is available to new employees.
