About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects using Retell's voice agent platform, from prototyping to production.
  • Become a go-to expert on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting techniques.
  • Build full-stack integrations in Python and JavaScript with enterprise tools such as CRMs, ERPs, and scheduling tools.
  • Partner with sales to gather client requirements, prototype demos, and present system designs.
  • Scope projects, resolve blockers, and align teams with concise updates.
  • Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
  • Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with enterprise customers and partners across Latin America.
  • Open to occasional domestic and international travel for customer engagements.
  • Excellent communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering production systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Production-grade coding ability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language.
  • Understanding of LLM-powered systems and their impact on user experience.
  • Ability to proactively manage risks, drive execution, and maintain momentum under pressure.

  • Cash compensation: $200k–$300k.

Interview Process
