Senior Consultant, Professional Services Federal and Enterprise Business

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and consultative leadership for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution opportunities across complex Federal engagements.
• Deliver technical architectural designs, strategies, and engagement plans.
• Lead pre-sales meetings and presentations as a technical expert.
• Implement RSA solutions at customer sites, including designing, developing, implementing, and testing associated components.
• Serve as the technical lead and plan or assign work on project engagements.
• Lead project quality-assurance activities, including technical QA reviews.
• Establish relationships with client technical counterparts and participate in client development meetings.
• Collaborate with Professional Services colleagues to resolve technical implementation issues.
• Prepare activity, progress, time-management, and end-of-project reports while adhering to margin, planning, and statement-of-work requirements.
• Keep project managers informed of activities and promptly escalate issues.
• Travel and work flexible hours as required for project implementation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in software consulting or IT services, focused on Identity and Access Management.
• Public-sector consulting and services experience with the US Federal Government, including DoD or civilian agencies.
• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
• Strong understanding of the IAM domain, information security, and network security fundamentals.
• Strong API knowledge and scripting experience.
• Hands-on experience with databases, Java, Linux, and Windows.
• Excellent customer-facing, written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring peers.
• Good cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of RSA products.

Nice-to-haves

• Development experience with Python, REST, and PowerShell.
• RHCE, CISSP, Security+, or ITIL certification.
• Desire to grow into a technology leadership role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $200,000–$225,000.
• Full-time, non-Sales US employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses funded based on prior-year company performance.
