Responsibilities
- Spending significant time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
- Developing key parts of the product roadmap by combining customer needs with the overall product vision
- Empowering and growing a team of product managers by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
- Driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
- Coordinating cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders
- Building scalable processes as the team and company experience rapid growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises
- Experience spanning customer-facing surfaces/features as well as internal capabilities and services
- Strong technical background with excellent analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership, initiative, and delivering results
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
- Learning and growth mindset
- Mission-first orientation, with success measured by product and team outcomes
- Early adopter of AI in your own product work, excited about accelerating customer AI adoption

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $210,000 - $240,000 annually (determined by location, level, knowledge, skills, and experience)
