Group Product Manager, Product Foundations
Leads product strategy and execution across Justworks’ Product Foundations squads, including core product, communications, and reporting analytics. The role manages cross-functional initiatives while coaching product managers and partnering on technical roadmaps, requiring substantial product management and leadership experience.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive product vision and roadmaps for the Core Product, Communications, and Reporting / Analytics squads.
- Translate company objectives into actionable team goals and OKRs.
- Partner with Technology, Marketing, and Revenue leadership to develop user experiences across web, mobile, Slack, and embedded workflows.
- Lead customer-focused product development from ideation through execution.
- Ensure products and features are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Build and coach teams in customer-centric product development practices.
- Analyze launch results and metrics, gather customer feedback, and plan iterative enhancements.
- Advocate for technical roadmaps, balance technical debt, and collaborate on flexible architectures.
- Communicate product status, timelines, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support broader product strategy and organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- 7 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
- 3 years of product development leadership experience.
- Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Experience leading technical products or a background in computer science or a similar field.
- Experience building new products from 0 to 1 and continuously improving products at scale.
- Strong product quality, user experience, problem-solving, persuasion, advocacy, and storytelling skills.
- Experience coaching and mentoring individual contributors.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with platform development.
- Experience at high-growth companies or in a founder or GM capacity.
- Experience in regulated domains such as fintech or healthcare.
- Experience with SQL, data exploration, product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Heap, and feature flagging or experimentation.
- Experience with AI tooling.
- Experience in late-stage or mature B2B SaaS.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage range: $212,000.00–$274,000.00 per year for the New York City Office.
- Compensation varies based on skills, relevant experience, and work location.
