Lead Connectivity Product Manager

Leads the strategy, roadmap, and platform architecture for third-party connectivity and integrations across hospitality products. Requires 6+ years of product management experience, strong API and integration expertise, and the ability to align internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for third-party integrations across reservation platforms, payment gateways, and adjacent hospitality integrations.
  • Serve as the platform product manager for integrations across all products, defining shared frameworks and reusable APIs.
  • Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, enterprise requirements, and revenue impact.
  • Manage integration partner relationships, including technical scoping, testing, certification, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with product teams to meet product needs while maintaining a consistent, maintainable platform.
  • Define and track integration health metrics including data accuracy, sync reliability, uptime, latency, and coverage.
  • Represent the integrations roadmap to enterprise customers, sales, and customer success, translating technical constraints into clear commitments and timelines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, API, or integration products.
  • Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations, ideally PMS, CRS, payment gateways/processors, or comparable B2B ecosystems.
  • Technical depth in APIs, webhooks, data modeling, authentication, and integration architecture.
  • Experience serving multiple internal product teams as platform customers and balancing competing needs against a coherent platform vision.
  • Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships, including technical scoping and certification processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to connect integration reliability and coverage to customer and business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive alignment across teams without direct authority.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality technology, including PMS, CRS, or payments.

Compensation

  • Target cash compensation: $210,000–$260,000, including fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.
  • Stock option grant subject to board approval.
