Sales Enablement Lead
Build and lead Higharc’s sales, partner, and post-sales enablement function from scratch, translating product releases into GTM content, training, and processes. The role requires 5+ years in SaaS enablement, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to operate hands-on in an unstructured environment.

Responsibilities
- Own the sales, partner, and post-sales enablement function end to end as the first dedicated enablement hire.
- Identify friction slowing Solution Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams and solve it tactically.
- Build pre- and post-sales content, messaging, and objection handling for homebuilders and partners.
- Own New Product Introduction from Product Marketing and Product Management through prospects and customers.
- Translate product releases into GTM-ready stories, usable assets, and trained, certified teams.
- Quantify and route customer and prospect feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Establish scalable enablement systems and automation.
- Build repeatable processes that reduce legacy enablement work for existing GTM teams.
- Develop expertise in US and Canadian residential homebuilding.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience owning GTM enablement, process, or strategy in SaaS.
- Direct US homebuilding experience or the ability to become fluent in a complex new industry quickly.
- Experience supporting SaaS GTM teams through significant scale.
- Experience building enablement teams and programs.
- Hands-on builder comfortable operating as an individual contributor.
- Ability to drive cross-functional consensus using data, prototypes, and persuasion.
- Ability to build scalable, maintainable processes while delivering immediate solutions.
